Ran my new 14 cleric over to HighKeep to pick up some Cat's Eye Agate because Rivervale does not sell it.
The wiki says acording to this page

The Alla page on on this NPC says she sells Cat's Eye Agate and has a screenshot (although it says 2007 uploaded)

I have no direct evidence that this was sold on this merchant back in kunark era but could you investigate. Silly spell reagents and clerics
