An item existed called Star of the Eyes. It was removed. It had unlimited right click Identify.

Star of the Eyes currently in-game and is created upon combing all 10 "A Rods" in the box for the Staff of the Wheel. I did this two days ago.

Wand of the Burning Dead. Apparently a Freeport quest, although I can't find any information on how it was completed. I didn't look super super hard, it may even exist on P99. It's possible the quest was removed at some point? Little information.

Wand of the Burning Dead quest appears to be broken. I did the turn-in yesterday with kindly faction and Opal just ate the items.

Erudite Madman which I'm not even sure is spawning on P99 (haven't seen him yet) dropped Earring of Fire Reflection.

Erudite Madman is probably not spawning. The respawn time on island madman is like two hours or something, and I sat there and killed him for a few days straight and never saw the erudite madman a while back. I think he's supposed to be able to drop any of the Earring of Resist Reflection earrings (alla mentions him dropping the magic one too).

Other items I believe to be missing:
Circle of Stones - drops off of Theodast Waggmump in Rathe Mtns.

Wand of Swords (the mage version of Conflag wand) - I believe this drops off male revenants in Hate, but not in place of an armor drop on the loot table. Not sure though.

Robe of Decay - was supposed to drop off of Lord Ghiosk in CoM for a while and then get moved to VP/removed from the game. This never happened here. (Miley should get one since he practically leveled 51-60 there and killed reavers/lords countless times [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.])

Mid-October 2000 Allakhazam made it look like a lot of crafted cultural gear should be in game now too. Not sure if it is though since I'm not too big into crafting.

I started working on a list of items I thought were missing a few days ago and was just going to PM it to nilbog, but I guess this will work too. Easiest thing to do is go through all the equipment links on that archived page to find missing things (but disregard all the epic quest item drops like Hand of Maestro and Eye of Innoruuk and such). I checked out everlore, casters realm, and eqlizer archives too, but alla seemed like the best preserved archive to dig through.
