Is this enormous balance problem going to be fixed somehow?

I stopped playing shortly after dodh, just couldn't do it anymore. I heard spy took the reigns then retired and got with a guildy irl. Candydare took over, and led untill disband. I also heard of some merge with pande arrangement.
