I can confirm that the Small Fine Plate Breastplate recipe is not working. Also missing are Medium and Large Cloak recipes (Fine Splinted Cloak, Large Fine Splinted Cloak).

In addition, the Small Fine Plate Gauntlets and Small Fine Splinted Cloak recipes consume the smithy hammer on combine. All other Fine Plate recipes return the hammer.
