global ooc is so much better!~!~ Activate it, let the people know who is killing who...why not? what harm would it do?!! just creates more fun....agree or disagree??

We don't want to implement anything that would evoke any kind of emotion out of people IE Item Loot/Global OOC, it's better to keep everyone sedated.
