tsaC: To avoid angleshooters:

1. It will essentially be a 1v1 bet, meaning the scum that challenges me will bet they will hit 50 before I do, I will bet that I hit 50 before they do.
2. Loser has their character deleted

Otherwise i'll have a bunch of scrubs like Lovely who have no intention of leveling past lvl 5 betting I won't be the first 50 vs the entire server, etc.12
