Can't log in?

I tried to log on this morning to help my boyfriend with some things that he's trying to do and it's saying the my IP is banned? Are we not able to both log in at the same time?

If you're in the same house and don't have an IP exemption, then no you can't both log in at the same time.

a few weeks?! man i told my irl friend and his brothers it would take a few days =(

They do them in batches or whenever they get around to it/remember. Sometimes its a few days, sometimes longer.

I think mine took maybe a week, while for some it takes a month. Just gotta be patient.
