This is temporarily (until next patch) fixed in game.

With patch, it will be fixed for real.

WTB patch. Low level characters cannot run through Kithicor in the daytime due to all of the Dark Elves. Can't all the epic fixes be done in 2 patches? Since there are already a bunch of fixes complete.
