Doubleclass
Just for laughs, if you could play a character on p1999 that was a combination of any two classes... which would they be?
Assume all the typical mechanics on the server are in place other than the fact that you can take the best aspects of two different classes and combine them into one class. At the moment my doubleclass of choice would be monkbard. Plate armor, no weight limit, awesome sustained DPS, feign, mend, hide, sneak, and all those great bard songs that are all usable while still meleeing. I would say roguebard if trak guts were dropping, because ragebringer mainhand and SSS offhand would be just ridiculous. | ||

I actually gave this a good bit of thought. My favorite was the all-int-caster enc/mag/nec/wiz which has a nice theme to it. But if I'm restricted to two, I'm going with enchanter/shaman and is probably stronger than the above combination anyway. Raiding would be even worse - I'm cringing just thinking about the buff tells.

Xadion: What is wrong with warriornecromancer? Spell aggro, lifetaps, lifetap dots, free pet damage, fearkite potential. And it's not like SK already is that. SK is like a shitty warrior and a shitty necro combined, not the best of each combined.
Two for enchantershaman already. Powerful for sure, but it would suck maximizing that class. Nonstop buffing and debuffing and canni. It'd be like playing a bard. Whats the range on the wiz pbaoes? Also, I forgot that bard+caster means casting on the move. I still don't like bard+caster though, since you can't be twisting and casting at the same time, or twisting and medding at the same time. | ||

What about shaman and ranger?
I would think it'd be the best solo / quester possible. Track, snare, slow, regen, ds, heals, decent tank ability and solid dps. I'd also like monk/Druid. You'd lose slow, but ports, fd, better ds and still can track. | ||
