Ssoth UI for Project 19999 [Vert Mod]

I use to do a UI for EQLive, but that was a long time ago.

Just getting into Project 1999 and I have adjusted the UI to work with it. I did not create the UI I just took it over many many years ago when the creator Ssoth quit EQ.

Yes it is similiar to DroxUI they are both based on Vert. Slightly different flavor is all.

There is some work left to be done to fully convert it, but it is on it's way.
