Spells: bards unable to cancel song casting

This has just started to be an issue since the last patch on Sunday night. It seems to be across the board for every song.

1) click a spell gem and begin casting.
2) try to cancel the casting by clicking a new spell gem.
3) casting bar disappears, but casting has not stopped. unable to cast another song until the last has finished even though it was meant to be cancelled.

most everything else is running smooth that I have tested since the patch last night.

Can you tell me if you are using Titanium or SoF client?

Here are the current things waiting to be patched live:

Haynar - Fixed stacking of Bard MR debuffs. This should allow bard charm to work.
Haynar - Fixed interrupt with spell casting bar for bards (tested with Titanium client).
Haynar - Fixed bard song dropping, right when another song lands.
Haynar - Fixed bard songs dropping early.
Haynar - Fixed bard song fading, right after same song lands.

I twisted 4 songs for 20 minutes, and never had a casting bar drop. I never had a song drop when another lands. I never had one drop, right after landing. And nothing dropped early. I must note, that any bard who regularly twists 4 songs, is nuts.

i can confirm this bug

happened several times yesterday on snare-song where i tried to interrupt it but it landed even when i stoped it manualy before it was completely executed

iam using the latest P99 spell file
