I don't think I'm ready for that much protein yet! Haha but I eat a nice breakfast and usually lots of chicken. Protein shakes/bars depending on how hard I hit it that day.
remember that there's gonna be at least 100 calories per 25g serving of pure whey protein, if not 110-120 calories, skorge said he takes 200g a day so that's ingesting 800-1,000 calories just in protein alone

there's a reason in his before picture he looks about 10% body fat and in the after he looks at least 20%+, that shit makes you fat, youre adding 1k calories to your daily nutrition.

of course you will have slower muscle development if you don't take them, but well worth it compared to adding 10-20% body fat

i disagree, 20% body fat is obese, that dude is fairly lean, im not saying hes completely ripped, but I'd be amazed if he's over 15% fat in the 2nd pic

Yea there's no way im at 20% body fat...I used to be freaking shredded like 2 years ago before I started taking creatine and increasing my reps somewhat, resulting in more muscle mass (but decreasing some of my tone). If I were to eat a bit more healthy and start up my cardio/running again I could be totally shredded again but I would probably loose 10-15 lbs of muscle in the process.
