I believe they do them once a week in batches (might be 2 weeks?). If you didnt get the exemption after the designated time then you probably didnt include all the relevant info. Also, at some point i think i saw Amelinda mention that you have to actually log into all of the accounts involved, which isnt mentioned in the directions for the petition. So, if you haven't done that yet, you should.
