The GM response rate to petitions is approx .3%.
We did not intentionally bug her. She agro'd on the puller, then the puller FD, but agro had transferred to someone not in the raid who was near the lair. Amd then she was out of the lair. We did not know she was bugged until we engaged her in the lair. But here is the appropriate bug report; full logs of the encounter have been sent via pm.
