It's gonna be tough to trade a rogue for a monk, especially iksar, if you are looking to get the same level considering rogue gets an exp bonus and monk AND iksar get penalties (-44% for iksar monk) and the worst possible penalty for a rogue is a barb rogue, which is actually +4.55%
