Only open way to do this is the order of names on this thread to be their random number and do the roll so everybody can see. If that isn't done I call foul. Of course they'll get away with it though, people will ask questions, and nothing will happen.

@Username Yeah that would be the fair way to do it I doubt its how it is going to be.

@happy, I may be wrong but I've heard from 2 sources in IB that Diggle and Olympia are RMTing stuff sepreate from the mass RMT other memebrs of the guild and "giving away" stuff in a raffle like this would be a pretty smart way to do it as I'm sure the staff is watching for RMT with IB leaving for Eqmac.

Though I have no proof so I can't really give you a convincing argument.
