how someone looks is purely based on culture. some african tribes find obese women sexy, some like blondes, some think one thing is trashy while another may think its classy. You are talking about outward appearence. what business world are you talking about? sales? old navy? lawyers, doctors, scientists, authors, ceos have all been seen with beards. aside from politicians and military, i am sure a quick google could find any profession sporting a beard.

as for the beard, yeah i would shave all that off just out of respect for myself... If you're going to go to an interview of any kind, i would recommend shaving it all off. If you are planning on going to the interview looking like that you might as well just not go at all. If I personally had any kind of interview, I would even shave my own face.

Maybe if I was 35+ with a PHD+ I would keep a well groomed beard for the interview, but by that point, you don't want to be going to interviews. You want to be the guy giving the interview.

There is an eyewitness to him being pummeled by the negro who was on top of him bashing his head into the sidewalk, he used deadly force because he feared for his life. again, he was advised not to give chase but did. for all we know he started the whole fight and the kid was fighting for his life. If I was a black youth being chased by an aggressive white adult id either run or fight too. I never even said hate crime. THe kid was wearing a hoodie so the Zimm dude assumed something was up.
