Should have been stated upper levels instead of top end... think that's confusing people... with 60 being the collection point with where this server is stopping at its just going to get worse over time. Once you get there this isn't much to do except make an alt, start raiding or move on. Suggestions such as stimulated repops, instances, custom mob health has all been suggested but would also just result in over population of items on the server. Stimulated repops being the closest to live except it's doubtful they would put the 8-12 hour downtime window in that live usually had to make it realistic. This option would basically double the raid content so more people could experience the content but still isolate the servers so that twice the mobs wouldn't be much of an impact on each other.
