figures....now i find a very old post on some forums...from 1999 actually

-Shadowed Rapiers can be gotten from many zones, no explanation needed there.
-Ancient Cyclopses are rare spawns in South Ro, South Karana, and OOT.
-You must pay him 3250 GP, not 325 PP.

oh shit.. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

So maybe its also "classic" for the NPCs to NOT hand back items if you screw up the turn in??
....does this mean i will not be entitled to GMs reimbursing me?

Its a player error not game error so not really reimburable. A GM could proove me wrong on this but I doubt it.
