Is there a way to make the mob's weaker and give out the same amount of xp?

Drop NPC AC by 50% for PC's only (not pets) for non-raid mobs/dungeons.I'm not sure how you could give the bonus to just PCs and not pets, but that would help the melee's w/o buffing pet classes.

PS. Could give melee's 50% or so more ac towards those same type of NPCs
