Yes hotzones is a good idea.

But who the fuck will want to go there and get pwned by twinked zergs and lose xp in pvp...

Not fresh noobs i can tell you that. Oh they will go there for sure at first, then get irritated and probably quit.

Just like raid zones, the biggest guild will dominate the best zones by sheer numbers

Xp loss in pvp is the biggest problem for server, close second is the community

you raise an interesting point but really if newbs show up and make a few friends,
twinks won't stand a chance. Gotta have pals, gotta have balls, and most of all
you have to hate yourself just that little bit, to keep on grinding. This is the
greatest community in any mmo and any other answer is wrong.
