Is Kunark planned for red99 or will it always be classic?

If so, have they offered a timeframe? Educated speculated timeframe?

Also, are we still early enough in classic for rubicite and manastones, etc to still be dropping here?

I was away from p99 for a year 'till a couple weeks ago so I've not kept up with where red is.
