Fixed itself somehow after a couple hours.

are you on FiOS by chance? Verizon blocks a certain port and if the server assigns a particular zone to that port, you can't load it until the server changes them around again.

I was wrong, I just managed to get in somehow but then I was completely lagged and couldn't do anything in the zone. Other characters in other zones work fine, it's very strange.
