EC spammers

are out of control today.
Is there any kind of script that could be implemented in EC
chat lines per min > x = disconnect

Not sure of the coding or if it's possible but figured I would ask.

I remember during the Starcraft 1 days of battle.net that there was anti-flooding code that would disconnect you if you spammed too often in chat.
