Default Overriding issue, Mesmerisation / enthrall etc.

Currently mesmerisation(level 16 AE mez) blocks enthrall, and other higher level mez spells, it also overrides the higher level mez spells.

It should be the other way around. Aka the higher level mez spells blocking mesmerisation, and being able to override it, as it was on live.

Mesmerisation is already a situational spell at best, but its also one of the spells that allows a chanter to truely shine in certain massive train situations, but its only used as an initial control spell, and needs to be replaced with more durable mez spells after the initial "opening shot" - currently, that isnt possible due to a faulty ranking in the spell stacking.

Please fix this, ill give you cookies.

Thank you,

Tetrian.

Default Mesmerisation

Mesmerisation currently is also only able to hit 4 targets, much like the druid / wizard AE nukes - a limitation that wasnt present at live.

This spell is pretty much useless in its current form :/
