Mask of Deception. But I don't know if it still drops. I'm only 2 days old here! Thanks for asking the Necro questions for me, goshozal. Now I don't have too. Also Iksar necro, Snoozer. See you in the field of bones!

Ah... Mask of Deception.
Guise of the Deceiver (The exact same mask, really) is what no longer drops.
According to the wiki, Mask of Deception still drops, via a ghoul assassin in Lower Guk.

guise of the deciever which could be clicked by anyone no longer drops
mask of deception which can only be clicked by bards and rogues drops in its place
