I think it would be fair if every fisherman who was out of work had an oil company executive (doesn't have to be BP - they are all the same) on his knees in front of him "apologizing." They all knew this was going to happen sooner or later but they didn't want to spend the money or take the time to do the research and put proper safety measures into effect. And the U.S. government let them get away with it. They are all a bunch of crooks in bed together.
