What does that prove exactly? In Kunark at level 60 the max backstab with a ragebringer was way higher than 386. So is your point that LoZ is more buggy than red99? I don't understand.

my point was that so many people here were claiming that melees were grossly overpowered on LoZ in such a way that it ruined the server and its integrity
