I could be wrong but it sounds like the database has him coded as Tundra Jack's Pet (dunno if he is or not personally), but seems like when people Kill Tundra Jack they Root Iceberg, and then camp out..then, he bugs out, Tundra Jack Spawns again W/ another Iceberg.
Kind of like if you zone into Solusek's Eye and see the Gnome mage pets at the entrance, or Nagafen's Lair and see the Kobold Pets at the zone in. I'd assume EF just needs a reboot?
