Game Mechanics: Plane Mobs drop chances

Oh hell. We thought it was fixed. Was in the last patch notes but there must have been something left unfinished. I have verified this, and ensured they will drop pending patch.

Okay.. about boogeymen being unfair. There aren't supposed to be many of them. Clearing fearplane shouldn't yield much blighted.

Even if you look on allakhazams, it says things like:

Actually the Boogies drop Necromancer armor. There are typically three of them near the "Boogeyman House," with an occasional 4th or 5th roamer further to the East. Easy to pull if you stay away from their ghoul root.

So i guess avout 1 piece every 3raids times 6pieces means i will have to go on about 18 raids to get all the pieces hehe.

With this in mind, I looked at the spawn chances for frightfingers. They should both be rare. In response to this, the 2 eastern frightfinger wanderers may now be boogeymen instead. This gives the increased drop % for blighted, and ensures the rarity of frightfingers.

The drop rate % is the same as the rest of the npcs and will not be changing.
