Guy was running like a lunatic through streets, destroying property and stealing stuff. Did he deserve to die? No. But hes lucky he only got tased, unlucky he had a bad reaction to it.

that sucks, what a shame, tragic really, where were his Bros to watch his back and help him on his trip?
I feel sorry for the kid, why did the police tase him 14 times? No excuse for that, he was obviously not settling down, but he was unarmed, restrain him

Yeah, it did appear they had him on the ground with several cops on top. Despite claims to the contrary, LSD doesn't turn you into superman.
