Default Alchemists: New and Old Alike

edit: Oct 16, 2013: I have added a section to the Alchemy Wiki that reflects the information from the original spreadsheet.
I will also be generally cleaning up the page as, in my opinion, its poor formatting isn't exactly helpful.

Thanks for this! Quick question: when combining 10 potions in the bearskin bag to make a 10-dose, is that an alchemy skill check that can fail or is that a never-fail combine?

Very nice guide. I finally got around to getting some skill ups for my alchemy and found this very useful.

I do have a question though...is it better (money wise) to go from 42 to 57 doing the more expensive enduring breath and levitation or just making attempts at Etheria's Poison Antidote?

Have they fixed iksar shammies being able to do alchemy yet? At one point there was a problem with the 1-2 Cabilis alchemy vendors not being patched in.
