It's a work in progress getting the old trivial list. As mentioned elsewhere, there's about 6 trivials that still need to be found. Also Fine Steel shouldn't take you to 248. As mentioned, all trade skills
should be capping at 200, jewelcrafting only goes as high as it does here because no tradeskill caps were put place and it has the highest trivials in classic.
