NPC Spawn Issue: Dugroz Pet invisible

The Pet of Dugroz in LoIO (HS Key Quest NPC) looks to be invisible.

I might be mistaken, but whe I did the Quest dialog and handed in the Items to Dugroz, there was no pet to see.

Only after I accidently handed in Items to the pet, it became visible. Also after killing the pet, there was no corpse.

Every time I have checked Dugroz, he has a visible pet.

Anyone else NOT able to see this pet?

Any time that I go to get his npcid for a reimbursement, the pet is not visible. Done several reimbursements for people who handed items to the invisible pet, screenshots in resolved petitions.
