returning to project 1999

ok so i played here a while back, had a 40something druid, and some others, no idea where that account went had 3 loginserver accounts on eqemu, now theres 1...whatever im over that....

anyways, i started fresh, which is always fun, and was talking to the girlfriend last night... she said she'll play with me.

we played together when i initially played here, and i went through the process (which i dont exactly remember) of getting an ip exemption. i doubt ill be able to recover her old eqemu account so ill likely make her another one.

my question is, will i need to get a new ip exemption as the accounts will likely be different (not even sure if my ip will be the same as it was back then either)? or will we be able to just jump in and play without fear of being banned for something im not doing?

**on a side note, what classes you think we should run, some good combos would be great if anyone has any suggestions, ill likely let her pick whatever she wants, and then pick something to go along with it**

No idea on the IP exemption, I would request one anyway

Tons of threads on great duo combinations. Probably better to ask girlfriend what she wants to play/do.

Any two classes that are good soloers are good together, such as mage/necro or druid/enchanter

Healer + tank combo, including monk/shaman, SK/shaman. Really shaman/anything will work (except maybe cleric)

GLHF. Wish my wife would play but she likes WoW better and actually gets sick from everquest (motion sickness, can't even play games like mario 64)

As far as duo, I think there's a pretty strong consensus that Enchanter/Cleric or Enchanter/Shaman can do the hardest camps as a duo, compared to other duos. Although I think there are better mass farming duos, but I have no idea what they might be.

Once you get an enchanter to Level 12, enchanter/cleric goes from strength to strength... get the enchanter's charisma to 200+ and charm a pet, get the cleric to buff and keep it healed - add two rusty weapons (keep a bag full)... and you'll rocket up the levels.

I say cleric because the EQ ladies love to heal, it seems.

If "girlfriend" was code for boxing - then a lot of combos seem to opt for a shaman healer...SK or warrior/shaman I'd say, and don't get caught [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
