Exclamation Strange .dll error

I've searched all over, no answers. When launching the EQEmulator Launcher, all goes well, until a server is selected. Then, I get the error "The procedure point _AIL_enumerate_3D_providers@12 could not be located in the dynamic link library mss32.dll." I'm really not being a baby about this; I've downloaded the mss32.dll to my system 32 folder, and the everquest directory. No change. I re-installed the EQE launcher itself in different folders, and I have even re-installed the entire EQ Titanium edition. No dice. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks a ton for trying, but I already looked at that tutorial and followed the instructions [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I think that's what i'll do; It might possibly be a virus screwing it up.

Luckily the only programs I really care about atm is just LoL, Photoshop, and EQ
