NPC Spawn Issue: a drowned citizen

working on the quest for Acolyte's Anklet and the last part is to kill a drowned citizen in freeport sewers. checked for multiple days and have yet to see a spawn.

Drowned citizens were not introduced until velious IIRC. so they aren't in yet. (might even be luclin)

sry for that was just going off of quests i found on wiki page i assumed it was part of classic

Um, actually they used to spawn, as i've done that quest. it was one of the few (only?) items my halfling druid can wear on his feet with wisdom besides GEBs

Did that quest as well with my druid and actually leveled off them for quite a while. Quest is Classic AFAIK.

I added a template to the p99 wiki to make it easier for people to flag quests that should never be in the game for deletion or to flag them as not being added yet but will be sometime during velious.

If a quest should never be in game just type

{{Delete}} at the top of the article and rhavin can get around to deleting it when he get an opportunity.


If its velious era but just not in game yet... it's still helpful to have the information out there... but can put a big red flag at the top so people know its not been implemented yet.

Just type

{{Velious Era}} for those quests / items / recipes / pictures / w/e articles
