How to ignore a forum member?

I saw earlier today a reference to ignoring a forum member, I have looked and cannot see where to do this in my settings. Can anyone tell me?

Go to "User CP" then on the left side in the "Settings and Options" section there is "Edit Ignore List" click on that and then enter the name... I think.

Click the User CP option up top, then Edit Ignore List under Setting & Options. Add name(s) in the box provided and enjoy the silence.

There is an option to have those just display as links. I changed it a while back during Gorefest 2011, but don't want to re-remember how to do it.
