Does Wisdom give more mana per level as a Druid?

It's -basically- 5wis = your level in mana

So like, the 5wis is 15mana for you at level 15. 20 mana at level 20, 30 at level 30, etc.

After 200 wis, it's effectiveness is cut in half. 10wis = your level in mana.
