Glad to see another join the best war race. Good luck and I would say half agi half Dex. Dex is somewhat hard to get as ogre and very useful I'd say 37+. Took me a while to cap mine even at 60 without being raid buffed. Was happy with my AC at 60 and agi doesn't give a ton.
