I just installed EQMac. Rolled my tried and true Troll SK (possible Shaman box to come).

Also, is there any way to get a true Full Screen? I can get the game to cover most of the screen, but it's still just a big ass Window.

Also I realize there isn't a true 3rd person view, do you play full screen, or press f9 twice, zoom out then lock the mouse look?

edit: Anybody know how to make an exception in Avast for WSOCK32.dll? I don't particularly like having to disable Avast just to run EQMac.

Yeah like Graahle said above if anyone knows a way for it to run full screen or close that would be appreciated. I got mine to run but it stuck in what I guess is a 400 x 200 window and will not upsize. I tried adjust options and playing with some things but no luck. Thanks.

I'm pretty sure your best bet would be to go into the eqclient.ini and look for the video settings. Check what size display your computer is running and adjust it to that.

ya no fullscreen but setting the resolution in the ini can get you about 3/4 screen.

leveled my druid naked. 1-15 no buffs, 15-26 got that c2 or KEI.

no idea about the bazaar. im not really a trader. people auction stuff in the global chat (/join Alliance) all the time. i was planning on camping my own classic loot tho. Gonna do testament of vanear quest soon!

What about WSOCK32.dll and excluding it from being detected by my antivirus whenever I run eqw.exe? Can't quite figure that one out.

Playing around with two boxing on EQMac. The only way I can see to get the mouse to work after AltTabbing between characters is to use Cntrl-Alt-R. Is there a better way to get the mouse to focus on the window I am switching to?

Go into your eqmac folder and find your eqw.ini. Fix this part: "EQWSwitch=`" now you can "alt+tab" by just pressing "`" and you won't get the annoying alt stuck down bug.
