Game Mechanics: Trakanon's Teeth

TT is currently broken. The Raptors/Tigers/Chickens are not properly spawning. Once the repop hit they all wondered off the zone grid slowly. I had track open at the repop and they disappeared one at a time. Needs a good looking at.
