It has instant casting time and recast, so it is huge timesaver to break charm. Must be worn in order to use. Found on sarnak courier in Lake.

Also, check was these guys from EQClassic say about this patch note : http://www.eqclassic.org/forums/view...hp?f=29&t=1709

"Charm removed from NPC" doesn't mean "Charm break". Invis always broke charm, but there was this bug that caused the charm buff icon to remain on the formerly charmed NPC, preventing a lower level caster to charm it. This patch only corrected this bug.
