I checked this out as well. NPC max hitting 1500 and nuke max 1200.

Are you sure the the nuke was from Kazen Fecae or from Emkel (who is a wizard). In arsenal's log that nuke is the text you see for the spell "Rend" which appears to correspond with Emkel's casting text.

As for Kazen Fecae's max hit being 1500 I'd think we need evidence to support that this should be something different.
