TMO upset over someone "unable to separate real life" from the game. I might be mistaken, but isn't TMO and their inability to "separate real life" from the game the reason Coldblooded left? As in, they posted RL pics of him/her? I just want to make sure I have the context of the double standard correct.

Yup, they separated real life from the game so well that they were spying on VD forums and posting RL pics on RnF. Truly a class act. /sarcasm.
