He is killed quite frequently it seems. I spent a few days looking for him and when he finally did spawn and somebody told me, there was already a raid force there getting ready to kill him...barely had time to turn in my items heh.
my tip is don't try to camp him just check on him from time to time or you will be extremely frustrated | ||
