Its awesome, been playing on it. Pretty solid playerbase starting out. XP was a little low to start but that was about it.

Food for thought: They have a good dev team, so it's not only Toop. Also, I think its a strong testament for someone to go and create their own server after getting booted off another. So you know the guy loves EQ.

That being said...P99 is great too, but they are stuck in their ways(as any server).Just have to pick the right flavor for you.

I for one boxed a char between all my RL friends on live. The Sleeper is only allowing 1 boxed char per account. Which I think is pretty reasonable and ultimately I am curious to see how it goes.

he also formed one of the worst guilds on p99 so there is that too

Toop is honestly nothing more than human garbage, so a server owned by him (made with stolen work from Nilbog and the P99 devs) is automatically trash
