I was reading some of the patch notes from 2011, and there were mentions of over 20 files being changed by the patcher. The current patch set only has 5. Either lots of files have been abandoned, or the current posted archive must only be an incremental change set that depends on something more.
I've tried to go back and download the older patches, but as near as I can tell, they were taken down. | ||
