Until 2009 Texas was 1 of 4 states that wasn't completely bankrupt. Perry came in and fucked that up though.

I am pretty sure all the states are totally fubar'd now, but haven't looked at it in a couple years.

I'm in TN maybe its because I've never lived anywhere else but I love it here. can't ever see my self leaving where are you gonna make 28$ a hr and buy a 4000sq ft house for 100k and have 7acres

LOL I should have read the comments first and turned the volume down. I don't want to sound like a callous asshole, but in all seriousness why do the zoning laws there let you build a community right next to a powder keg? Put that shit in the middle of a fucking field miles away from civilization. That part of Texas looks uninhabited as all hell anyway.

When you live in northern NJ golf courses look uninhabited as hell. Too many fucking people here.

They put a school, nursing home, row of apartments, and railroad all within 200 yards of a gigantic Fertilizer plant.
