woodelf tailoring
I have been working tailoring a while now, but decided to check out the actual npc that tells you how to make the armor. Cant find him. In felwithe I found a couple npcs that mention how to make the elven chain and plate, but no mention of how to make the temper. Wondering if anyone knows which npc has the info? Ive asked every npc I ran into in Kelethin and most in felwithe.

sorry I wasn't as clear as I should have been. I used the info from the wiki and eqtraders to raise my tailoring thru the cultural items, I was just wondering why I cant find the npcs that give out the info. I found the npcs in felwithe for the smithing, minus the moonlight temper info,, but no luck on the tailoring.
